We had the opportunity to be accompanied by the professionalism of Axa Palocco's Tuscan Agency, in particular by Mr. Davide Villa; he followed us with patience, presence and professionalism throughout the process, supporting us in particular in all the document management in the final phase of the sales agreement up to the notarial deed. This gave me the confidence and peace of mind to conclude the deed of sale with the certainty of being well followed. We also got to know the owner of the Agency Mr. Fabrizio Verdecchia who, in the decision-making phases, invited us to see the many aspects in order to make the appropriate decisions. Mr. Flavio Verdecchia was very present at the visits by potential buyers, always guaranteeing presence and availability. A nice work team!

Sempre disponibili alle innumerevoli volte che abbiamo chiesto di aprire casa x i sopralluoghi delle ditte ristrutturatrici, fin dal primo contatto abbiamo avuto la sensazione di professionisti che hanno come obiettivo primario la soddisfazione del cliente. Si sono fatti in quattro per risolvere le problematiche dovute ad alcune criticità che presentava l'immobile. Ci siamo sentiti assistiti e messi alla pari dei venditori. Straconsigliamo questi "ragazzi " ! In questo lasso di tempo ho avuto modo di incontrare agenti di praticamente tutte le agenzie di zona, e ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere Flavio e Davide, due veri professionisti che hanno preso a cuore le mie necessità. Alla fine la casa che ho scelto come mia nuova abitazione non faceva parte del loro portafoglio di vendita, ma ho scelto loro per la vendita della mia attuale abitazione: sempre disponibili, preparati, attenti al dettaglio e pronti a fare uno sforzo per trovare una soluzione utile ad entrambe le parti. Se sembra troppo bello per essere vero è forse perchè ci siamo subito trovati allineati nel modo di fare business; e con loro è stato (ed è tuttora) un piacere relazionarsi dal punto di vista professionale. I looked for a house in the Axa / Palocco area for about a year and a half, because I had special needs and did not want to compromise. In this period of time I was able to meet agents from practically all the agencies in the area, and I was lucky enough to meet Flavio and Davide, two real professionals who took my needs to heart. In the end, the house I chose as my new home was not part of their sales portfolio, but I chose them for the sale of my current home: always available, prepared, attentive to detail and ready to make an effort to find a solution useful to both parties. If it seems too good to be true it is perhaps because we immediately found ourselves aligned in the way of doing business; and with them it was (and still is) a pleasure to interact from a professional point of view. Therefore it seems only right to publicly acknowledge the quality that a beautiful reality of our territory has shown, hoping that this review can, in its small way, help them to grow further.
