La base è buona, potete e dovete migliorare. Lots of little things to fix Inside the room, lots of details that would surely bring more charm and atmosphere. The basis is good, you can and must improve.

Accoglienza top e stanza bellissima e pulita, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per passare un’ottima serata, sicuramente torneremo presto! Ve la consiglio ? Knossos room, I came here with my boyfriend and we were really happy and satisfied. Top welcome and a beautiful and clean room, we found everything you need to have a great evening, we will definitely be back soon! I recommend it ?

Due bottigliette di acqua piccole una naturale e una frizzante E BASTA la colazione per averla bisogna pagare 15€ in piú ed é preconfezzionata 150€ BUTTATI! Molto raccomandato per coppie? Ci torneremo sicuramente. Weekend 9/10 April. Pegasus room. Truly gorgeous place both inside and out. It offers reserved parking. The truly gorgeous room. Very recommended for couples? We will definitely be back.
A	Alessandro Rico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo deciso con mia moglie, di ritagliarci un po' di tempo per noi prenotando la Cnosso qui al Relax Love, credendo di trovare una suite confortevole, simile a quelle che avevamo già provato ad esempio al Motel K oppure al Diamante, invece, ci siamo trovati in un ambiente freddo, riscaldato da una stufetta elettrica, (il condizionatore non era funzionante e nessuna ci ha informati di questo!) L'idromassaggio, anche lui, malfunzionante, praticamente era una semplice vasca da bagno. La doccia cromatica di cui parlavano nel sito era inesistente! Il rubinetto del lavandino aveva il filtrino intasato, quindi risultava difficile perfino lavarsi le mani. L'unica cosa accettabile è stato il bagno turco. Siamo usciti ben 3 ore prima del previsto, lamentandoci di tutto ciò con il personale. Mi è stato detto che sarei stato contattato dal titolare, per un eventuale rimborso parziale, ma al momento non ho ricevuto nessuna chiamata. 179€ buttati! We decided with my wife, to carve out some time for us by booking the Knossos here at Relax Love, believing to find a comfortable suite, similar to those we had already tried, for example at Motel K or at the Diamante, instead, we found in a cold environment, heated by an electric heater, (the air conditioner was not working and no one informed us of this!) The whirlpool, also malfunctioning, was practically a simple bathtub. The chromatic shower they mentioned on the site was non-existent! The sink faucet had a clogged filter, so it was difficult even to wash your hands. The only acceptable thing was the steam room. We went out 3 hours early, complaining about all this to the staff. I was told that I would be contacted by the owner, for a possible partial refund, but at the moment I have not received any calls. 179 € go for it!

Torneremo presto a provare le altre stanze, siamo rimasti davvero contenti! Se volete passare anche voi una splendida serata con la vostra ragazza ve la consigliamo! La vasca appare sverniciata in alcuni punti e le pareti troppo sottili facevano sentire tutti i rumori delle stanze adiacenti. Per un problema tecnico a loro carico, l'host molto gentilmente ha anche fatto pagare una tariffa ridotta. Puntuali nella consegna della colazione ricca, ma purtroppo tutta confezionata, a partire dal cornetto e dal caffè in capsula Guests in the Pegasus room, a welcoming and equipped room, also offered two coffees and two bottles of water. The tub appears stripped in some places and the too thin walls made you hear all the noises of the adjacent rooms. Due to a technical problem with them, the host very kindly also charged a reduced rate. C	Claudio Palmacci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recensione assolutamente positiva, bellissima esperienza fatta con la mia compagna. Stanza Pegasus davvero romantica, letto super comodo, cuscini perfetti. Temperatura stanza perfetta. Incluso nella stanza c'è la macchina del caffè con cialde incluse (2 nel nostro caso), spazzolino con relativo dentifricio, ciabatte, un sacco di asciugamani. Stanza nel complesso pulita, uniche piccole critiche sono la pochezza dell'acqua nel frigo e la totale mancanza di snack. Inoltre la vasca idromassaggio sarebbe da rinnovare a livello di vernice. Posto auto all'interno della struttura con tettoia per proteggere la macchina. Sicuramente torneremo per provare le altre stanze! Absolutely positive review, wonderful experience with my partner. Really romantic Pegasus room, super comfortable bed, perfect pillows. Perfect room temperature. Included in the room is the coffee machine with pods included (2 in our case), toothbrush with relative toothpaste, slippers, lots of towels. Overall clean room, the only small criticisms are the lack of water in the fridge and the total lack of snacks. In addition, the hot tub would need to be renewed in terms of paint. Parking space inside the structure with canopy to protect the car. We will definitely come back to try the other rooms!
