Camera molto bella, curata e pulita.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto i vari prodotti di cortesia in bagno, il bollitore con le relative tisane e i cracker.
La possibilità di effettuare il check-in self service è una comodità estrema.
Personale sempre disponibile.
Non posso giudicare la colazione perché noi abbiamo scelto il pacchetto che non la comprendeva, comunque la prossima volta che torneremo la proveremo senz'altro!

Very nice room, neat and clean.
We really appreciated the various courtesy products in the bathroom, the kettle with its herbal teas and the crackers.
The possibility of self-service check-in is an extreme convenience.
Staff always available.
I cannot judge the breakfast because we chose the package that did not include it, however the next time we return we will definitely try it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sincèrement, une surprise de taille ! Superbes chambres , grandes et confortables. Frigo, café et thé ainsi que collations à disposition. Nous en avons presque regretté de ne rester qu'une nuit dans cette région ! Le seul point qui pourrait être amélioré et le petit déjeuner mais c'est bien pour trouver quelque chose ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location is fantastic for an overnight stay! We decided to stay over in Tirano at the last minute. We stopped for a drink at a local bar and were able to book, complete check-in requirements, and be in our room in under 30 minutes. Astrid was super organised with getting us the details we needed to arrive and leave seamlessly. The facilities are new and clean. Would recommend them highly!. Negative: Check out time was 10:00 so we planned accordingly. If the weather had been nicer we would have liked to walk the city for a bit and have lunch before leaving on the train. I'm not certain that there is an option to leave bags as I didn't ask, but this would be a great addition to the services provided..
