Installazione ottima da parte dei bravi tecnici ,esaudita ogni nostra richiesta. E	EMANUELE IBATTICI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza AGGHIACCIANTE ! servizio pessimo, montaggio pessimo, cavi invertiti , sensori malfunzionanti, assistenza zero , menefreghismo totale, prezzi alle stelle. l'orario impostato sballa dopo pochi mesi e fa suonare l'allarme mentre siamo in ufficio e l'orario non puoi modificarlo tu devi chiamare loro e pagare , ovviamente., arriva magicamernte l'ora legale e l'allarme non si aggiorna, forse speravano li chiamassi nuovamente per modificare l'orario ma ho preferito rivolgermi altrove, ho cambiato allarme con un antifurto che si autoaggiorna con display dove si vedono tutte le funzioni e ho speso la metà. Se infatti rifiutate di sottoscrivere l’abbonamento annuale di manutenzione (non esattamente economico) semplicemente non verranno da voi. Come se non foste un cliente. Se poi insistete perché vi capita un urgenza e siete fortunati, dopo qualche mese (tipo a settembre, dopo averli contattato a giugno) passerà qualcuno che farà un lavoro parziale promettendovi di tornare appena sarà disponibile il pezzo da sostituire. Ovviamente nessuno più si degnerà di tornare. Ah quasi dimenticavo, esigono il pagamento in contanti o assegno, il POS non sanno cos’è. State alla larga, le ditte oneste lavorano in modo diverso! Anche i tempi di intervento e messa in opera sono stati molto rapidi. L'impianto è semplice da usare e immediato. Grazie a tutto lo staff, adesso ci sentiamo più al sicuro! I tecnico sono attenti ed educati, ascoltano e cercano di accontentarti in tutti i modi. La casa viene lasciata pulita e a posto. Siete in buona mani. I prezzi sono in linea col mercato. L' impianto non ha mai avuto problemi anche grazie al controllo annuale che viene fatto, dove i tecnici molto bravi ed educati verificano tutte le funzioni e lo stato delle batterie che all'occorenza vengono sostitute. In più riescono anche ad intervenire su impianti datati come il nostro. Consigliatissimo!!! We have been Relaitron customers for over 20 years and for about 10 years we have also had an annual maintenance subscription. The plant has never had any problems also thanks to the annual check that is done, where the technicians are very good and polite they check all the functions and the state of the batteries that if necessary they are replaced.
