Dopo 5 anni dall'acquisto di una cassaforte grande, 90x50x50, ho avuto la necessità di trasferirmi e ho chiesto che come mi avevano installato l'oggetto, potessero estrarlo dalla sua collocazione e trasportarlo nella mia nuova abitazione, naturalmente pagando il servizio.
Mi hanno risposto sgarbatamente, come se faccessi un dispetto a richiedere un loro servizio, che loro naturalmente fanno, ma solo per i loro clienti, come se io non lo fossi. Mi hanno detto di arrangiarmi.
