A	Amalia Cipriani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati ospiti dal 26/6 al 04/7 Io, mia figlia e mia nipote e si può dire che ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia. Il Maître del ristorante è davvero una persona solare e disponibile, come tutti gli altri dipendenti, professionali e capaci. L’accoglienza dello staff della spiaggia molto professionali simpatici e sempre disponibili nel poterci accontentare. Spiaggia pulita e ben tenuta come anche il bar e il ristorante. Lo staff dell’animazione si dedicano principalmente agli spettacoli della sera fatti molto bene però dimenticandosi di curare di più l’ospite più grande (non il caso mio perché io ero venuta a rilassarmi e ci sono riuscita) le mie ragazze si sono divertite e l’anno prossimo vogliono ritornare Struttura tenuta bene, nella media si può sempre migliorare Stanze piccole e concentrate, ma sprovviste di uno specchio intero. Lo consiglio a tutti. We were guests from 26/6 to 04/7 Me, my daughter and my niece and you can tell they made us feel like family. The Maître of the restaurant is really a cheerful and helpful person, like all the other employees, professional and capable. The welcome of the very professional beach staff, nice and always available in being able to please us. Clean and well maintained beach as well as the bar and restaurant. The animation staff are mainly dedicated to the evening shows done very well but forgetting to take care of the older guest more (not my case because I came to relax and I did it) my girls had fun and there they want to come back next year Well-kept structure, on average it can always be improved Small and concentrated rooms, but without a full mirror. I recommend it to everybody.

Colazione con macchinette x caffè,cappuccino,cioccolato e succhi buffet molto ricco soprattutto di cornetti sfornati al momento. Pranzo e cena anche a buffet servito con varie scelte tra primi,secondi,contorno e frutta.La sera anche il dolce.Nel complesso voto 6 per il vitto. Nota dolente per andare al mare servizio navetta con servizio continuo dalle 9 alle 19. Spiaggia di sassi molto grandi e instabili sopratutto sulla battigia. Si ha difficoltà anche con le scarpette da scogli. Il mare è stupendo e pulito in compenso.Non consigliata per anziani e bambini la spiaggia. Very nice structure (formerly 5 stars) very accurate cleaning of the same, large swimming pool with bar in the center of the same. Breakfast with coffee machines, cappuccino, chocolate and juices buffet very rich especially of freshly baked croissants. Lunch and dinner also buffet served with various choices of first, second, side dish and fruit. In the evening also the dessert. Overall grade 6 for the food. Sore point to go to the beach shuttle service with continuous service from 9 to 19. Very large and unstable pebble beach especially on the shoreline. There is also difficulty with rock shoes. The sea is beautiful and clean on the other hand, the beach is not recommended for the elderly and children.

Non si è mai sentito odore di pulito nelle camere appena sistemate e l'ascensore Mai igienizzato.in effetti guardando il carrellino delle pulizie ti accorgi di che prodotti utilizzano.... L'unica cosa positivissima è l'animazione OPV che a volte ci ha fatto dimenticare il resto... è un peccato xche' è una bella struttura ma con poca manutenzione. Non è un villaggio da 4 stelle! Room not very clean, with very dirty parquet. Communicated at the reception. There has never been a smell of cleanliness in the newly arranged rooms and the elevator Never sanitized.in fact, looking at the cleaning trolley you realize what products they use .... The only very positive thing is the OPV animation that sometimes did forget the rest ... it's a shame because it is a beautiful structure but with little maintenance. It is not a 4 star resort!
A	Agata Magri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Settimana fantastica in un villaggio bene organizzato dove il relax e il divertimento si coniugano grazie ad uno staff di professionisti e parlo dell animazione,del direttore della struttura,del responsabile ristorazione,del personale in genere. Si trova in un punto della Calabria meraviglioso con un mare sempre pulito e cristallino,unica nota dolente ci sono sassi enormi quindi l’uso delle scarpe è consigliabile. Altra nota dolente e decisamente da migliorare la reception quindi l accoglienza dovrebbero essere più empatici e reverivi. Ma per il resto lo consiglio vivamente. Fantastic week in a well organized village where relaxation and fun are combined thanks to a professional staff and I am talking about animation, the director of the structure, the restaurant manager, the staff in general. It is located in a wonderful part of Calabria with a sea that is always clean and crystalline, the only sore point are huge stones so the use of shoes is recommended. Another sore point and definitely to improve the reception so the welcome should be more empathic and reverive. But otherwise I highly recommend it.

Reception personale eccellente professionale Tecla in porticolare la quale e lei che ha prenotato la nostra vacanza una persona dolce e paziente e disponibile sempre e con tutti. la struttura molto bella,le camere confortevoli vista mare pulite e fresche merito della governante la donna addette alle pulizie Adele di Napoli molto brava.. Servizio Navetta il top sempre pronti e disponibili in qualsiasi orario grazie a Ciro e Leonardo due persone magnifiche.. il ristorante curato in tutti i particolari dal grande maitre Hassan seguito da Lucia e tutti i camerieri ,lo chef bravissimo il cibo ottimo.. Il bar il bravissimo Barman Carmelo seguito dal suo personale Martina Federica Elisa Simone e Christian una persona magnifica la quale in 15 giorni abbiamo creato un rapporto di amicizia e presto verra'a trovarci anche a Napoli.. l animazione OPV staff di animatori professionisti ,divertenti,puntuali ed affidabili per i nostri figli che hanno reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile e carica di emozioni.. In pratica una vacanza da Dio davvero indimenticabile..❤ Extremely gorgeous village ... We stayed at the Relais the period from 16/29 August with 2 children. We had a great time and recommend it to everyone. Reception staff excellent professional Tecla in porticular who and she who booked our holiday a sweet and patient person and always available and with everyone. the very nice structure, the comfortable rooms with sea view clean and fresh thanks to the housekeeper the cleaning woman Adele di Napoli very good .. Shuttle Service the top always ready and available at any time thanks to Ciro and Leonardo two wonderful people .. the restaurant cared for in every detail by the great maitre Hassan followed by Lucia and all the waiters, the very good chef, excellent food .. The bar the talented Barman Carmelo followed by his staff Martina Federica Elisa Simone and Christian a wonderful person who in 15 days we have created a friendship and will soon come to visit us also in Naples .. The OPV animation staff of professional entertainers, fun, punctual and reliable for our children who made our holiday unforgettable and full of emotions. In practice, a truly unforgettable holiday from God .. ❤

Il giudizio è stato positivo fin dal primo momento in cui siamo stati ricevuti ed accompagnati nelle nostra stanza. Ogni momento della giornata viene puntualmente accompagnato da un servizio di animazione mai inopportuno, ma sempre coinvolgente. Il ristorante è ottimamente gestito dal maitre Hassan che è puntualmente disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta, sempre con la massima professionalità. La struttura ha una bellissima piscina e la spiaggia comodamente raggiungibile con il servizio navetta gratuito. Complimenti a tutti. Excellent experience and holiday to be repeated. The village is located on a hill with a splendid view of the sea. The judgment was positive from the first moment we were received and accompanied to our room. Every moment of the day is punctually accompanied by an entertainment service that is never inopportune, but always engaging. The restaurant is excellently managed by the maitre Hassan who is promptly available to satisfy every request, always with the utmost professionalism. The property has a beautiful swimming pool and the beach easily reachable with the free shuttle service. Congratulations to all.
