Recatomi di persona mi fu detto che dovevo chiamare al loro numero per prendere appuntamento, ma una volta chiamato mi dissero di mandare una mail, mandata la mail mi risposero dopo 2 settimane di chiamare! Chiamato nuovamente mi ridissero di mandare una mail per poter vedere i cuccioli, rimandata l’ennesima mail, a 3 settimane mi risposero che non c’era più nulla, usando un tono anche seccato. Personale BOCCIATO!!! Very bad !!! Rude staff with little desire to work and disorganized. When I went in person I was told that I had to call their number to make an appointment, but once called they told me to send an email, sent the email they answered me after 2 weeks of calling! Called again they laughed at me sending an email to be able to see the puppies, postponed yet another email, at 3 weeks they replied that there was nothing left, using a tone that was also annoyed. Staff MISSED !!!

Todos los perros salían y tomaban sus medicinas y eran cuidados con mucho amor y paciencia. Nos quedábamos hasta la hora que fuese necesaria con tal de terminar el trabajo. Especialmente Giuli medico qué se partía en 4 para que llegasen las vacunas, medicinas, piensos especiales... Four adopted dogs, in my time as a volunteer. The best, my group on Wednesday and Friday. All the dogs went out and took their medicines and were cared for with much love and patience. We stayed for as long as necessary to finish the job. I volontari fanno un lavoro stupendo, non solo perché si prendono cura ogni giorno di tutti gli ospiti (provenienti da tutta italia), accudendoli, cibandoli, portandoli in passeggiata, giocandoci, ma soprattutto donando loro tanto tanto affetto. In attesa di una vera famiglia, sono riusciti a creare qui un clima sereno e familiare per tutti questi cagnolini e cagnoloni sfortunati (ce n'è davvero di tutte le taglie, il mio adesso pesa 42 chili!!!). E' davvero un rifugio, anni luce dall’idea che uno potrebbe avere di un canile. Col tempo sono diventato amico di molti volontari e non mi stancherò mai di apprezzarli e stimarli per l’incredibile lavoro che fanno, 365 giorni l’anno. Questo posto mi ha cambiato la vita e resterà per sempre nel mio cuore. I adopted my beautiful puppy here and I had a great time. The volunteers do a wonderful job, not only because they take care of all the guests (from all over Italy) every day, taking care of them, feeding them, taking them for a walk, playing with them, but above all giving them so much affection. Waiting for a real family, they managed to create a serene and familiar atmosphere here for all these unfortunate dogs and dogs (there really are all sizes, mine now weighs 42 kilos !!!). It is truly a refuge, light years from the idea that one could have of a kennel. Over time, I became friends with many volunteers and I will never tire of appreciating and appreciating them for the incredible work they do, 365 days a year. This place has changed my life and will always remain in my heart.

Giovedì mi sono recata presso la vostra struttura in orario che dovrebbe essere d'apertura e ho trovato tutto chiuso. Ho suonato ma nulla. Come pensiate di riuscire a far adottare i cani? Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati seguiti passo passo in tutto l'iter di adozione, con un avvicinamento graduale ai cani e apprezzatissimi consigli e consulenze per aiutarci ad accoglierli al meglio. La documentazione sanitaria dei cani era in perfetto ordine, e i volontari si sono occupati di tutte le pratiche burocratiche inerenti all'affidamento. Un rifugio serio gestito da persone serie e capaci. I strongly recommend the Refuge to anyone wishing to adopt a dog; the volunteers are trained, kind and extremely helpful, the dogs are loved and well cared for, followed by an expert dog lover and people who take their needs seriously. My family and I were followed step by step throughout the adoption process, with a gradual approach to dogs and highly appreciated advice and advice to help us welcome them in the best possible way. The health records of the dogs were in perfect order, and the volunteers took care of all the paperwork related to the custody. A serious retreat run by serious and capable people.
