★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve a tutti, personalmente trovo il negozio Refil ben organizzato e devo dire che lo staff che lo gestisce si fa veramente in 4/5/.....ecc per accontentare il cliente. A me personalmente hanno risolto un problema con la stampante....GRAZIE RAGAZZI CONTINUATE COSI.
 Hello everyone, personally I find the Refil shop well organized and I must say that the staff that runs it really does 4/5 / ..... etc to please the customer. I personally have solved a problem with the printer .... THANKS GUYS CONTINUE THAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si trovano anche cartuccie per stampanti a getto d'inchiostro datate, in piu quelle non originali permettono un notevole risparmio. Consiglio una visita anche per i toner.
There are also cartridges for inkjet printers dated, in addition the non-original ones allow a considerable saving. I also recommend a visit for toners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ salve sono stato al refill di carpi mi anno dato le cartucce compatibili per HP ---UNA VOLTA MONTATE LA STAMPANTE MI CHIEDE DI CONTROLLARE LE CARTUCCE CHE ERANO NUOVE -mi recai con la stampante in negozio e mi ritirano come riparazione la stampante perchè per loro era lei che nn funziona.la domenica successiva la andai a ritirare e mi hanno preso 20€per la riparazione -vado a casa e collego i cavi alla stampante come riparte mi chiede di controllare le cartucce .al quel punto chiamai in negozio e mi dissero venga qui che le do le cartucce originali-andai di nuovo in negozio con la stampante e mi dissero di buttarla via perchè era vecchia MENTRE IL PROBLEMA ERA LORO NN LA STAMPANTE.alla fine ho speso 40€ DI CARTUCCE PIU 20€ DI RIPARAZIONE E SE VOLEVO QUELLE ORIGINALI DOVEVO PAGARE DINUOVO. se mi avessero dato le originali e mi sarebbe stato scontato le 60€ a quel punto avrei accettato ma visto che hanno detto che nn scontavano NULLA io lo portata in un altro negozio a novellara e mi hanno sostituito le cartucce .e ORA FUNZIONA. morale alla fine i 20€ di riparazione me li hanno presi solo per fregare CHE SE LORO MONTAVANO LE CARTUCCE ORIGINALI ERA TUTTO FINITO.il mio commento spero che vi SVEGLIA per non andare più in questo negozio
hi I was at the refill of carpi I gave the compatible cartridges for HP --- ONCE THE PRINTER WAS ASSEMBLED ASK ME TO CHECK THE CARTRIDGES WHICH WERE NEW -I went with the printer to the shop and they retired to repair the printer because for them it was she who does not work.the following Sunday I went to pick her up and they took me 20 € for the repair -I go home and connect the cables to the printer as it starts asking me to check the cartridges. at that point I called the shop and they told me come here that I give you the original cartridges - I went back to the shop with the printer and they told me to throw it away because it was old WHILE THE PROBLEM WAS THEM NN THE PRINTER. in the end I spent 40 € OF CARTRIDGES PLUS 20 € OF REPAIR AND IF I WANTED THE ORIGINAL ONE I HAD TO PAY DIRECTLY. if they had given me the originals and I would have been discounted the € 60 at that point I would have accepted but since they said that they were not discounting ANYTHING I took it to another shop in Novellara and they replaced the cartridges. and NOW IT WORKS. morale in the end the 20 € of repair took them to me just to cheat THAT IF THEY WERE MOUNTING THE ORIGINAL CARTRIDGES IT WAS ALL FINISHED. My comment I hope it wakes you up not to go to this shop anymore
