★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho lasciato una giacca per cambiare cerniera, dopo 15 giorni ho dovuto chiamare perché non avevo notizie, una volta ritirata ad un prezzo piuttosto alto per il servizio, ho trovato una cerniera scadente, nemmeno YKK, è i bottoni disallineati.
Ho chiesto la sostituzione della cerniera con una di qualità ma mi è stato risposto che andava bene quella.
Ho dovuto lasciare nuovamente la giacca e Dopo un altra settimana mi hanno ri allineato i bottoni che avevano cucito storti e non entravano nella sola. Imbarazzante
Non tornerò mai più neanche per comprare un lacciò delle scarpe
 I left a jacket to change the zipper, after 15 days I had to call because I had no news, once picked up at a rather high price for the service, I found a poor zipper, not even YKK, and the buttons misaligned.
I asked to replace the hinge with a quality one but I was told that that was fine.
I had to let go of the jacket again and after another week they re-aligned the buttons that they had sewn crooked and did not fit into the only one. Embarrassing
I will never go back even to buy a shoelace
