Da venditrice non mi è mai stata versata la caparra, né avendo concesso più di 20 giorni di tempo ulteriore oltre la scadenza. La cosa peggiore è il silenzio della società che nonostante i solleciti, le varie PEC non ha MAI risposto se non ad un mio commento (negativo ovviamente) pubblico su un social. Morale: in primavera ho l'udienza. DIFFIDATE, DIFFIDATE, DIFFIDATE ANCHE COME ACQUIRENTI!!! Non so a chi abbiate risposto, perché non sono "Giuseppe". In ogni caso non so cosa dobbiamo dirci, stante la circostanza che il vostro silenzio perdura da settembre 2021 e che l'udienza si terrà a breve. La vostra risposta al mio commento in questa sede è a dir poco risibile. a star because not if they can give zero. r	rosanna de bari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve ho avuto una proposta di acquisto dalla REEF ma sinceramente leggendo le varie recensioni ho paura di prendere un palo in pieno...anche perché vendo x riacquistare un appartamento più grande e dovrei anche iniziare i lavori di ristrutturazione...quanto sono reali queste recensioni? Qualcuno ha venduto alla suddetta società? Mi posso fidare? Nell'approccio mi sono sembrati molto seri e professionali non capisco perché dovrebbero fare proposte di acquisto per non portarli a buon fine, non sarebbe per loro uno spreco di tempo e di denaro? Hi I had a purchase proposal from REEF but honestly reading the various reviews I am afraid of taking a pole in full ... also because I am selling x to buy back a larger apartment and I should also start the renovations ... how real are these reviews? Con una maggiore attenzione nei confronti del cliente sicuramente si sarebbero potute evitare molte arrabbiature. Ora speriamo che il rapporto con la Società continui con tranquillità, in modo da potermi godere la tanto sospirata casa. b	barbara cirilli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo che l'agente Brenzoni è venuto a valutare l'immobile, siamo passati alla lettera d'interesse e, con mia sorpresa, non hanno svalutato l'immobile secondo quello che è il prezzo di mercato, quindi il 1 Aprile 2022 abbiamo firmato il compromesso dove, tra le varie clausole, vi è entro fine Giugno 2022 il versamento della caparra e entro il 24 Novembre 2022 si deve procedere con il rogito davanti al notaio. Io con i documenti sono in regola, vediamo se posso far parte delle recensioni a 5 stelle o se, mio malgrado, sarò l'ennesima "vittima". Vi terrò aggiornati. Ho stipulato contratto preliminare in agosto dove la Reef si impegnava ad acquistare la mia villetta a schiera e che entro 3 mesi mi avrebbero versato la caparra che ovviamente non è mai stata pagata. Avendo letto tanti altri commenti simili, ho informato il mio legale che li ha diffidati ad adempiere entro 15 giorni, purtroppo non si sono neanche degnati di rispondere. Vorrei soltanto avere delle risposte a queste domande: - Come fanno a comprare un immobile a 360,000 e metterlo in vendita a euro 259,900 (euro 100,000 in meno!!!!!) Dove sta il guadagno della Reef????? - A me venditore avrebbero dato una caparra di euro 25,200 e su tutti i siti web chiedevano all'acquirente caparra di euro 80,000 per una casa che non era loro??? Sconsiglio di utilizzare questa azienda per vendere casa, la svendono su tanti siti web e vi faranno soltanto perdere diversi mesi senza concludere nulla. Like so many other sellers I have a very disappointing experience. I signed a preliminary contract in August where Reef undertook to buy my terraced house and that within 3 months they would have paid me the deposit which obviously was never paid. Having read so many other similar comments, I informed my lawyer who warned them to comply within 15 days, unfortunately they did not even deign to respond. I just wish I had some answers to these questions: - How do they buy a property for 360,000 and put it up for sale at € 259,900 (€ 100,000 less !!!!!) Where is the income of the Reef ????? - To me seller they would have given a deposit of € 25,200 and on all websites they asked the buyer a deposit of € 80,000 for a house that was not theirs ??? I do not recommend using this company to sell your home, they sell it off on many websites and will only make you lose several months without completing anything.

Mettono in vendita la promessa di acquisto di una casa no l immobile L immobile diventerà vostro dopo forse 6 mesi dal primo rogito, quando loro si sono intestati casa vostra e successivamente tenendo un contratto tra le parti di riservato dominio, quindi mai vostra la casa Anche quello è al limite dell illazione ? Serial crooks beware !!!! They sell dreams but not reality! They are selling the promise to buy a house, not the property The property will become yours after perhaps 6 months from the first deed, when they have registered your house and subsequently holding a contract between the reserved domain parties, so the house never belongs to you. Is that also bordering on inference?
