Infiltrazioni acqua, lavori mai ultimati per fallimento società, problemi praticamente ogni settimana e ora sorgerà accanto una palazzina di 5/6 piani ad appena 5 metri dal complesso, roba da urbanistica anni '80, altro che ecosostenibilità.
 It had to be a cutting-edge property in that of Casal Bertone ... in words! Water infiltration, work never completed due to bankruptcy, problems practically every week and now a 5/6 storey building will be built next to it, just 5 meters from the complex, 80s urban planning stuff, other than eco-sustainability.
