★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento il corso di tai chi del centro Reben da 7 anni, questo perché trovo sempre una profondità negli insegnamenti che ricevo che non ho mai trovato altrove. L'insegnamento non è limitato alla disciplina del tai chi ma è interdisciplinare e include nozioni di medicina tradizionale cinese in un'ottica di ricerca del benessere personale e di comprensione del proprio corpo.
Consigliatissimo per chi, oltre a fare, vuole anche capire il perché di quanto viene insegnato.
I attend the course in tai chi Reben the center for 7 years, this is because I always find a depth in the teachings that I receive that I've never found anywhere else. Teaching is not limited to the discipline of tai chi but is interdisciplinary and includes traditional Chinese medicine concepts with a view to personal well-being research and understanding of their own bodies.
Highly recommended for those who, in addition to doing, also want to understand why they are taught.
