★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una struttura all’avanguardia in un contesto veramente familiare e amichevole senza trascurare l’elevatissima professionalità e tutta la passione che i titolari dedicano ogni giorno ai clienti..... la consiglio vivamente!!!!! L’unico difetto che posso sottolineare è che Stefano e Monica sono fantastici !!!

Ambiente sempre ordinato e pulito. Negozio di integratori Biotech con prezzi competitivi e presenza di numerose offerte. La miglior palestra in zona !!!
Fantastic gym, latest generation equipment, crazy rack of free weights (1 -> 70 kg), very kind, competent and attentive staff to customer needs. Always tidy and clean environment. Biotech supplement shop with competitive prices and numerous offers. The best gym in the area !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è solo una palestra ma una famiglia: i titolari sono 2 ragazzi giovani che della loro passione ne hanno fatto un lavoro! Monica è davvero bravissima come personal trainer perché sa incentivare i tuoi sforzi e a vincere ogni giorno i tuoi limiti. Possibilità di corsi con Barbara: antigravity yoga, pilates, flyboard! Ed è anche negozio di integratori, perché la palestra non è solo sala pesi, ma uno stile di vita sano che migliora il corpo e ne beneficia anche l'umore!

Monica is very good as a personal trainer because she knows how to encourage your efforts and to overcome your limits every day. In sede ciclicamente si tengono corsi per addetti ed appassionati gestiti da tutor preparatissimi di "non solo fitness".
Servizio di biompedenziometria con possibilità di avere un piano alimentare oltre che scheda allenamento personalizzata.
Ciliegina sulla torta il servizio di personal trainer con costante super visione di Monica e Stefano durante l'allenamento.

Potrete trovare palestre a molto meno ma poi non lamentatevi dei servizi offerti. Io per me e per mia figlia ho scelto il meglio : fitness life Mantova.
Finalmente qualcuno che fa qualcosa con passione.
Gym highly recommended. You feel at home, owners always very helpful and competent. Quality and price are absolutely related. You can find gyms for much less but then don't complain about the services offered. For me and for my daughter I chose the best: Mantua fitness life.
