Very kind and helpful. They go to great lengths to try to accommodate you in your travel choices. Close to the central station of Pavia and easily reachable also by public transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima accoglienza, appena entrato non mi hanno nemmeno salutato. Premessa che gli anziani non mi piacciono, ho dovuto aspettare due vecchietti mentre sceglieranno il loro viaggio e nel mentre nessuno mi ha calcolato. Dopo una 15ina di minuti che aspettavo me ne sono andato e solo allora mi ha chiesto se volevo essere servito; allorché gli dissi di no e me ne andai.
Bad welcome, as soon as I entered they didn't even greet me. Premise that I do not like the elderly, I had to wait for two old men while they choose their trip and in the meantime no one has calculated me. After waiting for about 15 minutes I left and only then he asked me if I wanted to be served; when I told him no and left.
