★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo panificio. Le focacce sono squisite. Quella semplice è una garanzia, quella con la crescenza tra le nostre preferite. Il pane è molto buono, a noi piace molto la ciabattona di pasta madre. Vende anche qualche prodotto essenziale da frigo (grana, yogurt, latte, mozzarelle, ...).
Great bakery. The focaccias are delicious. The simple one is a guarantee, the one with growth among our favorites. The bread is very good, we really like the sourdough ciabattona. It also sells some essential products from the fridge (parmesan, yogurt, milk, mozzarella, ...).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il miglior panificio di Pavia, per me. Dolci e pizze sfiziosi, ma soprattutto ciabattine buone come pinse (non so se si scriva così, i Romani mi perdonino!) che sono ottime anche per farci le bruschette. Dipendenti gentili e attenti alle regole Covid. Bravissimi!
The best bakery in Pavia, for me. Delicious desserts and pizzas, but above all ciabattine as good as pinse (I don't know if you spell that, the Romans forgive me!) Which are also excellent for making bruschetta. Kind employees and attentive to the Covid rules. Very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti di altissima qualità, pane sempre fresco e buono (soprattutto quello integrale), focaccia unta al punto giusto e dolci sempre vari.
Per chi ritiene che la focaccia non debba essere unta lascio qua di seguito un consiglio.....la focaccia non è cosa per voi :)
Products of the highest quality, always fresh and good bread (especially wholemeal bread), focaccia greased at the right point and always various desserts.
For those who believe that the focaccia should not be greased I leave here a suggestion ..... the focaccia is not for you :)
