★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incompetente e piuttosto scortese,non assistono il cliente a meno che non si tratti di rinnavare con loro una polizza. È difficile se non impossibili contattarli sia per via mail che per telefono.sconsiglio vivamente.
Incompetent and rather rude staff, they do not assist the client unless it is a question of resending a policy with them. It is difficult if not impossible to contact them either by email or by telephone. I strongly recommend it.

I have been an insured for years, but in recent times I have noticed a significant improvement .... the office today is well organized and the people who work there are courteous and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho tre assicurazioni con loro,ancora per poco visto che non rispondono al telefono per giorni addirittura costringendoti ad andare dal vivo, alla reception c'è una donna anziana molto truccata che dice di non avere tempo per rispondere al telefono e con fare acido non aiuta i clienti se hanno un problema...peraltro risolvibile in 3 secondi......pessima esperienza da evitare assolutamente

I have three assurances with them, even for a short time since they don't answer the phone for days even forcing you to go live, at the reception there is a very made up elderly woman who says she doesn't have time to answer the phone and with acidic it doesn't help customers if they have a problem ... however solved in 3/2 ...... very bad experience to be avoided

Reception with a lot of kindness and courtesy. I contacted by phone asking for a new quote for the car policy, called after 10 minutes. Very favorable price compared to other insurance companies in the area. Really excellent staff! Recommended!
