★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto professionali e accoglienti. Considerando che la Reale Mutua è diventato un brand, i prezzi delle polizze sono accessibili, sono un po' come dappertutto. A noi è capitato un sinistro, finché hanno preso la nostra pratica in lavorazione ci è voluta una settimana, ma una volta presa hanno mandato il perito il giorno successivo. Hanno anche delle collaborazioni con delle carrozzerie, per questo ti danno 10% di sconto sul prezzo complessivo della polizza, ma se non porti la macchina nelle carrozzerie aderenti paghi 250€ di penale, e su questo non siamo stati spiegati bene al'inizio, l'abbiamo scoperto solo adesso dopo l'incidente. Per me personalmente è un sconto un po' furbo.
Very professional and welcoming. Considering that Reale Mutua has become a brand, the prices of the policies are affordable, they are a bit like everywhere. A claim happened to us, until they took our file in progress it took a week, but once it was taken they sent the expert the next day. They also have collaborations with body shops, which is why they give you 10% discount on the total price of the policy, but if you don't take the car to the participating body shops you pay a penalty of € 250, and we were not explained well on this at the beginning. 'we only found out now after the accident. For me personally it's a bit of a smart discount.

Sono partita da una banale polizza per il Covid di pochi euro annui (sono un sanitario che ha lavorato 14 mesi in quei reparti) e pian pianino sono diventata loro cliente anche per l'auto e per una polizza sanitaria più struttura. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Olga, sempre disponibile sia telefonicamente che per gli appuntamenti nonostante lavori su turni.
Agency always attentive to the needs of its customers. I started from a trivial Covid policy of a few euros a year (I am a healthcare professional who worked 14 months in those departments) and slowly I became their customer also for the car and for a health policy plus structure.
