★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto un preventivo RCA via mail come da indicazioni ricevute telefonicamente da parte dell' Agenzia, nessuno si è degnato di rispondermi, se è questa la professionalità di chi rappresenta la Reale Mutua, no grazie, non sono interessata. Pessimo riscontro.
I requested an RCA quote by e-mail as indicated by phone number from the Agency, no one deigned to answer me, if this is the professionalism of those who represent Reale Mutua, no thanks, I am not interested. Bad feedback.

Si fanno sentire solo per pagare la polizza ma in caso di sinistro anche se hai tutte le ragioni, non ti fanno avere NULLA e se chiedi il perchè, ti fanno sentire un ladro che prova ad avere ciò che non gli spetta.
Non sanno neanche che polizza ti hanno fatto ed a che cosa hai diritto.
NON LA CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO.
INSISTANCE INSURANCE and INSURER.
They make themselves heard only to pay the policy but in the event of a claim even if you have all the reasons, they don't have you ANYTHING and if you ask why, they make you feel like a thief trying to get what's not due to him.
They don't even know what policy they made you and what you're entitled to.
NOT THE ADVICE TO ANYONE.
