★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono loro cliente , con ben 6 polizze in totale, da oramai oltre 12 anni, ed ora che è venuta a mancare la mia referente nell'ufficio, devo constatare che sia come prezzi, che come assistenza sono alquanto carenti, oserei dire indifferenti alle esigenze dei clienti storici. A poco a poco, preventivi alla mano, le offerte delle altre compagnie sono più vantaggiose. Peccato ma si guarda oltre.
I am their customer, with 6 policies in total, for over 12 years now, and now that my contact person in the office has been missing, I must note that both as prices and as assistance they are somewhat lacking, I dare say indifferent to the needs of historical customers. Gradually, estimates in hand, the offers of other companies are more profitable. Too bad but look beyond.
