Per 17 mesi abbiamo atteso il rimborso di un sinistro, sentendoci dire che i ritardi erano causati da COVID, ferragosto, Pasqua e vattelapesca. Mi sono più volte scontrata con l'avvocato, che nonostante ci rettificasse gli aggiornamenti in ritardo e senza senso logico, è stata caldamente e subitamente protetta dal capo, nonché marito; cliché assolutamente fuori luogo, perché da un avvocato serio mi aspetterei la massima trasparenza, puntualità e chiarezza, non che vada a farsi giustificare da qualcuno più alto di lei. La settimana in cui hanno finalmente versato il rimborso, ho ricevuto 2 chiamate e 1 messaggio dall'avvocato per sapere se avevamo ricevuto il bonifico, così potevamo pagarle la sua parte (e meno male che ho il pacchetto con inclusa la copertura legale). Che figura miseria. Il commento della professionalità? Mi sarei aspettata un "siamo spiacenti di avervi fatto attendere così tanto" o cose simili, ma no! Le sorprese non erano finite: ci è stato detto che siamo stati sfortunati ad avere atteso così tanto. Il fatto che abbiamo ben 5 polizze presso reale mutua non ha cambiato di minimo nemmeno la modalità di approccio di queste persone che hanno fatto una figura davvero davvero disgustosa. Esperienza assolutamente orribile. Lack of professionalism and lack of empathy towards the customer. For 17 months we have been waiting for the reimbursement of a claim, being told that the delays were caused by COVID, mid-August, Easter and vattelapesca. I have clashed several times with the lawyer, who despite correcting the updates late and without logical sense, was warmly and immediately protected by the boss, as well as her husband; cliché absolutely out of place, because from a serious lawyer I would expect maximum transparency, punctuality and clarity, not that she is going to be justified by someone taller than her. The week they finally paid the refund, I got 2 calls and 1 text from the lawyer to find out if we had received the transfer so we could pay her part (and thank goodness I have the package with legal coverage included). What a misery figure. The comment of professionalism? I would have expected a "we're sorry we made you wait so long" or something like that, but no! The surprises weren't over: we were told we were unlucky to have waited so long. The fact that we have no less than 5 policies with Reale Mutua hasn't changed the way these people approach at all, who have made a truly disgusting figure. Absolutely awful experience.
