Non so se tutte le filiali AZ siano uguali, io posso solo riportare la mia esperienza in questa, e devo dire che sono stato positivamente sorpreso dalla professionalità, competenza e cortesia del personale, che per qualsiasi tipo di problema è pronto ad aiutarti; il tutto svolto in modo molto trasparente e a prezzi praticamente uguali alle online.
Sono incorso in un sinistro e sono stato seguito in modo impeccabile, è bastata una chiamata, il passaggio dell’agente e poi hanno fatto tutto loro, dopo pochi giorni sono stato liquidato. ZERO sbattimenti, ZERO problemi, MASSIMA SODDISFAZIONE !!! Braviii
After years and years of online insurance, I went back to the old school.
I don't know if all AZ branches are the same, I can only report my experience in this, and I must say that I was positively surprised by the professionalism, competence and courtesy of the staff, who for any type of problem is ready to help you; all done in a very transparent way and at prices practically the same as online.
I ran into an accident and I was followed flawlessly, a call was enough, the agent's passage and then they did everything, after a few days I was liquidated. ZERO flapping, ZERO problems, MAXIMUM SATISFACTION !!! Braviii
