Quello che un altro rivenditore (che non nomino) non ha saputo fare Rino nel giro di
20 minuti mi ha valutato con foto su whatsapp la mia auto usata e fatto il prezzo di quella bmw che volevo io
E non ho esitato a fare subito il bonifico.
Poi ci siamo sentiti e mi ha detto che ha 33 anni pertanto lo ritengo un commerciale molto valido.
La gentilezza e la disponibilità fa parte di qualità di pochi e lui le ha.

Una volta recatomi in negozio, il personale si é gentilmente offerto di farmi fare un giro di prova prima dell' acquisto. Dopo la mia decisione affermativa, siamo giunti ad un accordo per una permuta con la mia precedente auto. Hanno effettuato la valutazione in modo imparziale e corretto. Lavorano in maniera professionale ma soprattutto rapida: nel giro di un' ora avevo concluso l' affare soddisfatto! Comunicazione seria ma empatica. Aspetto estetico del salone in condizioni pulite ed ordinate. Consiglio vivamente

Dopo aver visto un auto di nostro interesse e aver chiesto informazioni telefoniche, decidiamo molto convinti di fare 200 km per l'acquisto.
Brutta sorpresa al nostro arrivo: l'auto presenta la carrozzeria con bozze da grandine, parabrezza scheggiato, un fanale graffiato ed altri svariati segni.
Per correttezza avrebbero dovuto segnalarlo sul sito o quantomeno telefonicamente!
Unprofessional.
After having seen a car of our interest and having asked for information by telephone, we decide very convinced to do 200 km for the purchase.
Bad surprise upon our arrival: the car has the bodywork with hail drafts, chipped windshield, a scratched headlight and various other signs.
To be fair they should have reported it on the site or at least by telephone!
