Successivamente ho sostituito la porta di ingresso all'appartamento e una porta finestra che dà accesso al terrazzo. Sono rimasto veramente colpito dalla qualità del materiale e dalla velocità di installazione da parte dello staff della BMB, molto disponibili e professionali. Il titolare, Adriano, è una persona altamente preparata, professionale e molto disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di esigenza per i lavori da effettuare. Ottimi materiali, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sono pienamente soddisfatto del lavoro che hanno fatto nel mio appartamento. Sicuramente in futuro avrò da fare altri tipi di lavori sugli infissi.... E sicuramente mi rivolgerò ancora a loro! Abbiamo ricevuto alcuni buoni consigli, sia per la gestione della pratica di miglioramento energetico che permette ad oggi di accedere alle detrazioni al 65% che per il completamento della coibentazione di una stanza esposta a nord, sotto un lastrico solare, fino a quel momento molto fredda e poco praticabile durante l'inverno. La finestra (non proprio semplice: a due ante con lunetta) è arrivata nei tempi previsti ed è stata montata in mezza mattinata da installatori molto attenti e puntuali, che hanno lasciato la stanza pulitissima! L'infisso presenta effettivamente le notevoli qualità di insonorizzazione, disaccoppiamento termico di alluminio e vetri promesse. E' stato quindi possibile eliminare del tutto i problemi di condensa che si presentavano. Non possiamo che consigliare fortemente questa ditta per la professionalità dimostrata, vi eviteranno molti pensieri durante le ristrutturazioni!
