β β β β β Tried to order by phone a lens which was listed as available (the staff person I spoke to confirmed availability). I was supposed to receive a form for payment but never heard back. I had to chase them down, and - when I wrote - I was told the lens had been sold. Not explanation how this could have happened, not a word of apology for the mistake. In my case, very poor service and a very disappointed customer.

In 3 days from Italy to the Czech Republic, awesome! So I can recommend this store also for non-Italy customers. And the product was well packed and the quality is also very great. So in one word, perfect!

β β β β β Sold some old equipment that I wasn't using anymore, great communication, great prices, incredibly professional and I received the payment as quickly as humanly possible.
I see no point in selling photo equipment on eBay/auction sites anymore. With RCE photo you get a similar price and you do not have to worry about getting scammed from a random kid in a foreign state.
I will definitely use this again when I have to sell my D850!
