Un bel giorno il mio Microonde Samsung decide di far saltare il Salvavita e di "morire" ancora in Garanzia,per fortuna!! Dopo averlo portato in Assistenza...In 3 giorni tutto apposto e nessuna spesa,nel centro Assistenza di Rovigo,due mesi fa lavoravo in quella Città,ho aspettato un Mese per una semplice batteria di ricambio del mio Cellulare Samsung...figuriamoci riparare un Microonde!! Inoltre Serena è molto simpatica e gentile!!
This is the first time I put 5 stars, but this Help Center deserves it !! One fine day my Samsung Microwave decides to blow up the Lifesaver and to "die" still under warranty, luckily !! After taking it to Service ... In 3 days all right and no expense, in the Rovigo Service Center, two months ago I was working in that city, I waited a month for a simple replacement battery for my Samsung Cellphone ... let alone repair a Microwave !! Furthermore Serena is very nice and kind !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavatrice in garanzia poiché la sostituzione dei cuscinetti non è andata a buon fine la risposta del tecnico confermava che( i lavori hanno un anno di garanzia), ma al telefono la segretaria dichiarava che la garanzia era solo sulla parte elettrica dopo hanno corretto che i cuscinetti non li dovevo pagare ma tutta la mano d'opera sì! A quel punto ho rinunciato!!
Washing machine under warranty because the replacement of the bearings was not successful the response of the technician confirmed that (the works have a one year warranty), but on the phone the secretary stated that the warranty was only on the electrical part after they corrected that the bearings I didn't have to pay them but all the labor did! At that point I gave up !!
