Il venditore mi ha assicurato la perfetta stabilità e ottima camera. Appena viste le immagini nulla di tutto ciò, anzi. Ho scontrino e scatola originale. Venditore sconsigliato, Saluti RISPOSTA ALLA SUA: io non l'ho mai chiamata al telefono ne inviato mail, come può dire che l'ho ricattata? Ora mi dimostri che le ho inviato delle mail entro 30 giorni, altrimenti valuterò se procedere per vie legali. Ha volato malamente per 5 minuti poi è caduto senza neanche riportare danni particolari (a parte un piccolo segnetto in una elica). Contattato il venditore che mi ha risposto dopo vari tentativi indicandomi di mandare il drone via posta a mio carico. Poi silenzio per diverso tempo. Dopo diverso tempo hanno risposto in modo a dir poco approssimativo (una delle 2 batterie era danneggiata, mai avuto 2 batterie, poi che la batteria e stata danneggiata a causa mia perché l'ho lasciata attaccata al caricatore tra l'altro neanche fornito e io di certo nn gli ho spedito il computer dove l'ho caricato l'unica volta ). Glielo ho fatto presente ma per loro tutto regolare. In pratica esaminando il mio drone hanno detto che si erano consumati gli ingranaggi ( per 5 Min di volo...). Prima di spedirlo ho esaminato pure io il drone e devo dire che effettivamente gli ingranaggi sono costruiti in modo a dir poco delicato, accoppiare il motore con un ingranaggio in metallo il quale fa girare un ingranaggio in plastica di infima qualità nn mi sembra l'ideale. Ho provato a chiedere la riparazione in garanzia ma mi è stata negata in modo categorico dandomi in pratica del bugiardo. Questa è stata la mia esperienza con raynline, prima e ultima volta che avrò a che fare con loro. Highly recommended seller. Purchased a riflex 17 drone at the fair. I pointed this out to them but for them everything is regular. In practice, examining my drone they said that the gears had worn out (for 5 Min of flight ...). Before sending it I also examined the drone and I must say that actually the gears are built in a delicate way, to couple the motor with a metal gear which turns a plastic gear of the lowest quality does not seem ideal to me . I tried to ask for warranty repairs but it was categorically denied, basically calling me a liar. This has been my experience with raynline, first and last time I have to deal with them.
