★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, ho mandato una persona questa mattina ad acquistare un tipo di tutore per la caviglia e ne vendono un altro non confome e solo simile a quello richiesto.
Ritorna la persona la sera stessa a restituire il tutore ancora imballato e non gli vengono restituiti i soldi pagati ma unicamente un buono di pari somma.
Cosa ci dovrei fare col buono? La spesa al supermercato?
Non mi interessa comprare altre cose da voi, l'acquisto era necessario per un unico scopo.
Restituite i soldi.

Bad, I sent a person this morning to buy one type of ankle brace and they sell another one that is not suitable and just similar to the one requested.
The person returns the same evening to return the guardian still packed and the money paid is not returned but only a voucher of the same amount.
What am I supposed to do with the coupon? Shopping at the supermarket?
I am not interested in buying other things from you, the purchase was necessary for a single purpose.
Return the money.

Oggi prima mi dicono che non c'è appuntamento quando invece mi hanno chiamato loro...rimango in attesa e mi dicono che hanno perso scheda tecnica della precedente visita e mi danno dei plantari generici invece di quelli di cui ha bisogno mio figlio...fanno spallucce...sconsigliato, evitate se potete. Non si può dare 0...peccato
Bad experience. Twice they do not register an appointment. Today before they tell me that there is no appointment when instead they called me ... I remain on hold and they tell me that they have lost the technical data sheet of the previous visit and they give me generic insoles instead of the ones my son needs .. .they shrug ... not recommended, avoid if you can. You can't give 0 ... pity
