Freshly opened and the staff is absolutely top. I got my sunglasses upgraded with prescription lenses and Martina was an absolute superstar in helping me.
Make sure to ask her for help to get your sunglasses Upgraded too!

Besides selection, you’ll be welcomed by a team of experts helping you navigate the wide range but also providing full fledge eye exams for free with the latest Essilor équipement. They are able to cut prescription glasses on premises in minutes ! But the most important is not there. What’s great is the extreme kindness, patience, and sense of service of the staff. We entered just to have a look and got away with 6 pair of glasses. Why ? Because it was just the best eyewear shopping experience we ever had. For sure, I’ll be doing business with this shop again via email. Davide, Gloria & Martina will take very good care of you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly just got reminded when sorting out my glasses for summer and seeing the 400$ ray bans I will never be able to wear, of how bad the service was in this shop and wanted to share in order to warn potential costumers !
I need prescriptions glasses. In order to make them I did a test at the store , which result was the same as the test I did at my doctor a few months ago. Everything was supposed to be fine then. So I paid the glasses and was told by the shop that they would send them through dhl to Switzerland (my home) as I was in Venice only for the weekend. I spare you all the problems with dhl because the shop forgot to give the right indications for the taxes. …when I received my glasses, the prescription was simply wrong! I could never wear them. I wrote multiple emails to the shop who would not believe me and told me they did them after my prescription which was wrong for sure as I could not see well with the glasss but they still didn’t believe me and were a bit rude. I brought the glasses to my optician who confirmed they were wrong but because of covid could only do that a year later … and now it s too late I won’t send them back to the shop because I will have to pay the post and taxes for that and I think it is not worth it as I know how incompetent they are there, I will never see my glasses back if I send them back. So …long story short…don’t go !
