Vi ringrazio anticipatamente. Vi allego una foto.
I bought three suitcases of the Ravizzoni the large medium and the small troller I had a great time, but on the last trip to the airport they broke the handle of the big one, the one above on the short side, is it possible to have the spare part? I thank you in advance. I am attaching a photo.

Ho regalato una valigia a mio fratello, convinta di aver scelto un prodotto di qualità.. È stata utilizzata una volta: a una piccola buca si è rotta la ruota e addirittura rotta la plastica intorno alla ruota, creandosi un buco nella valigia(vd foto)... Mai visto un danno così, anche con valigie che costano la metà!!!.
Ho chiamato in sede e, dopo 5 chiamate, mi è stato detto che era colpa mia e loro non potevano farci nulla, con esempi e discorsi assurdi.. Da un'azienda che si considera di qualità, mi sarei aspettata un altro trattamento e almeno un briciolo di comprensione per i clienti !!!
Bad product quality and bad customer service !!!!!!
I gave a suitcase to my brother, convinced that I had chosen a quality product .. It was used once: a small hole broke the wheel and even the plastic around the wheel broke, creating a hole in the suitcase (see photo ) ... Never seen damage like this, even with suitcases that cost half the price !!!.
I called the office and, after 5 calls, I was told that it was my fault and they couldn't do anything about it, with absurd examples and speeches .. From a company that considers itself to be of quality, I would have expected another treatment and at least a shred of understanding for customers !!!

Il viaggio è valso la pena dato che ho trovato delle occasioni fine serie ad un prezzo eccezionale ed ho preso anche un set da regalare della nuova collezione a cui mi hanno applicato un forte sconto. consiglio vivamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessime valige, non compratele! Ricevuto trolley rigido per Natale, al secondo viaggio in treno tornando a casa si è STACCATA UNA RUOTA passando sopra un tombino. Non oso immaginare cosa sarebbe successo se avessimo imbarcato la valigia in un aereo.
Bad suitcases, don't buy them! Received rigid trolley for Christmas, on the second train journey back home, A WHEEL DISCHARGED passing over a manhole. I can't imagine what would have happened if we had loaded the suitcase on a plane.
