Ho comprato un salottino da giardino di 4 pezzi, che dopo due anni, avendolo usato pochissimo e tenuto in un terrazzo coperto, (quindi protetto dalle intemperie) si è distrutto. Dopo aver scritto all'azienda ci hanno risposto di scrivere al rivenditore. Abbiamo scritto al rivenditore e ci hanno detto di scrivere all'azienda. In pratica scarica barile. Ci ritroviamo ad aver speso 499 euro per delle poltroncine che si autodistruggono dopo 2 anni. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. E pessimo servizio clienti. Che delusione Disraeli, mai piú!!!
Worst online shopping experience ever. I bought a 4-piece garden lounge, which after two years, having used it very little and kept it on a covered terrace, (therefore protected from the weather) was destroyed. After writing to the company they replied to write to the reseller. We wrote to the dealer and they told us to write to the company. Basically unload barrel. We find ourselves having spent 499 euros for the armchairs that self-destruct after 2 years. Bad value for money. And bad customer service. What a disappointment Disraeli, never again !!!
