M	Michele D'anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso capire che a fare questo mestiere a contatto diretto con il pubblico possa essere snervante ma bisognerebbe ,qualche volta, lasciare il beneficio del dubbio e magari ascoltare le storie e le informazioni che vengono raccontate. Sono in naspi,in una situazione precaria lavorativa e mai come in questo periodo sto arrancando e non per causa mia. Ho preso una multa e a denti stretti l’ho pagata il giorno successivo per non avere sanzioni aggiuntive dando per scontato che i 3 punti dalla patente fossero stati decurtati dalla mia patente. Ho interpretato male la multa (per fortuna sarà la seconda in tutta la mia vita) ma sentirsi rispondere dalla gentile arpia alle informazioni “date sempre tutti tutto per scontato,la prima volta si paga dalla prossima in poi non lo farai più per scontato” e dover pagare una sanzione aggiuntiva pari a quasi metà del mio stipendio mi sembra davvero esagerato. Ricordate cari signori che non bisogna mai fare di tutta l’erba un fascio. Ognuno di noi combatte delle battaglie personali in silenzio e non sempre ne sapete qualcosa. Abbiate almeno un po’ di rispetto. I can understand that doing this job in direct contact with the public can be unnerving, but sometimes we should leave the benefit of the doubt and maybe listen to the stories and information that are told. I'm in reel, in a precarious work situation and never as in this period I'm struggling and not because of me. I took a fine and with gritted teeth I paid the next day for not having additional penalties, assuming that the 3 points from the license had been deducted from my license. I misunderstood the fine (luckily it will be the second in my whole life) but to hear the kind harpy reply to the information "you always give everyone everything for granted, the first time you pay from the next on you will not take it for granted anymore" and having to pay an additional fine of almost half my salary seems really exaggerated. Remember, dear gentlemen, we must never make a bundle of grass. Each of us fights personal battles in silence and you don't always know something about it. Have at least some respect.
