Avevo portato un file word su chiavetta e mi hanno detto che potevo farlo stampare solo inviando loro una mail con il file in allegato. Mi hanno detto che dopo 3 ore sarebbero state pronte. Ho lasciato il mio numero per contattarmi in caso di problemi o dubbi, non ho ricevuto nessuna chiamata e quando sono andato a ritirarle mi hanno portato le tre copie, con le immagini e l'impaginazione sfasati. Chiedendo spiegazioni mi hanno detto di aver stampato semplicemente ciò che era arrivato aprendo il file Word con OpenOffice senza neanche controllarlo. Hanno quindi accettato di provare a mettere il file direttamente dalla chiavetta, ma non avevano nessun computer in grado di leggere una pen drive. Allora ho detto di lasciar stare perché ho capito che l'incompetenza e la scarsa organizzazione del personale non mi avrebbe portato a nessun risultato decente. They therefore agreed to try to put the file directly from the stick, but they had no computer capable of reading a pen drive. So I said leave it alone because I realized that incompetence and poor organization of staff would not lead me to any decent results.

Il personale è solerte e competente. Good store, here you will find a lot of office equipment for every professional need. Some items are a bit expensive. The staff is diligent and competent.

Senza parlare di marchi prestigiosi. Very friendly staff, large assortment but very high prices for office accessories and furnishings. Even basic products at high prices. Not to mention prestigious brands.

A	Andrea Rambaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto davvero ridicolo...la loro stampante funziona malissimo per far le fotocopie, gli sono venute malissimo con pezzi del mio cv mancanti e di tutta risposta mi hanno detto "non so cosa dirvi", quando le hanno fatte senza problemi in altre copisterie della zona. Inoltre permettono ai clienti di superare quelli arrivati prima (come capitato a me) e non seguono alcune logica nella fila. Da evitare assolutamente, per le copie di documenti e altro consiglio nella zona Project service. A really ridiculous place ... their printer works very badly to make photocopies, they came very badly with pieces of my CV missing and in response they told me "I don't know what to tell you", when they made them without problems in other copy shops of the area. They also allow customers to overtake those who arrived earlier (as happened to me) and do not follow some logic in the line.
