★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a used two years old car at Ratti auto was a real bad experience to me. He said "the car is in an excellent condition".
I trusted him, made an online contract, paid online and let the car deliver to Germany.
It looked quite pretty.
Until the moment I took a look at the bottom of the Peugeot 807.
It had serious damages: One strong deformation below the right door, a serious deep scratch at the back axle, the underride guard was broken and the best: the battery holder was totaly broken, the battery, hanging open on the bottom of the car, was fixed only by a red cotton rope. In tis condition, the car was not even save for public use at all.
I sent Pictures, emails and so on.
Reaction of Ratti: Nothing.
