★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uscito dalla concessionaria con auto appena acquistata si è presentato un guasto, può succedere, sono in attesa di vedere come si comporteranno, spero siano onesti e che mantengano la parola data. Presto vi aggiornerò........ Purtroppo dopo svariati tentativi di richiesta di supporto, ho dovuto pagare tutto di tasca mia, ed anche nella semplice ricerca del guasto , hanno fatto orecchio da mercante....Molto molto negativa anche la comunicazione, in quanto il titolare non mi ha mai parlato personalmente ma sempre tramite terze persone. Molto molto negativo!!!

Unfortunately after several attempts to request support, I had to pay everything out of my own pocket, and even in the simple search for the fault, they turned a deaf ear .... Very very negative also the communication, as the owner has never spoken to me personally but always through third parties. Very very negative !!!

Quando ci siamo recati per parlarne, sono stati cortesi e professionali fin da subito, ci siamo trovati bene ed abbiamo fatto il contratto. A seguire, tutto si è svolto nel migliore dei modi.

Da voi ho acquistato anche la Punto: tra Audi e Punto vi ho lasciato più di 30000 euro.
