Siamo rimasti stupiti dalla serietà e professionalità , e anche dalla pulizia, che è stata impeccabile, cose davvero rare al giorno d'oggi. Si nota che c'è passione nel lavoro che svolgono. M	Marco Mazzoleni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto ristrutturazione completa del mio appartamento di circa 120 m², Filippo (titolare 'Rapisarda sas') da subito si è rivelato preciso, veloce e molto gentile con realizzazione preventivo. Nel mio appartamento ha realizzato: 1. Tutte le pareti interne, con tutte predisposizioni per impianti (idraulico, elettrico e di ventilazione) e rinforzi per mobili. 2. Contropareti con isolamento (principalmente termico ma anche acustico in alcune pareti particolari). 3. Velette e gole per illuminazione (complete di cavità nascoste per aspirazione/mandata VMC) e installazione faretti da incasso. 4. Controsoffitti vari con botole su misura per accesso a soffitta e a macchina Ventilazione Meccanica Controllata In tutti i lavori è stato molto preciso; sempre disponibile e cordiale con altri impresari (serramentista, elettricista, idraulico,..) e committente, ha facilitato la buona riuscita di tutti i lavori a lui legati. Lavorativamente è stato impeccabile, sempre schietto e onesto e davvero precisissimo nella realizzazione dei minimi dettagli; come persona è anche meglio: cordiale, solare e simpatico, allieta durante il periodo a volte stressante di un cantiere. Non da ultimo, anche dopo fine dei lavori (e pagamento fatture), interpellato per una rifinitura imprevista da fare, si è mostrato disponibilissimo e velocissimo nell'eseguirla; inoltre nel cantiere era probabilmente uno dei pochi che lasciava sempre tutto pulito e in ordine. Se dovete scegliere un cartongessista che lavora molto bene, anche (soprattutto) per lavori con particolari difficoltosi e finiture estetiche di qualità ve lo consiglio! Various false ceilings with customized hatches for access to the attic and to the machine. Controlled Mechanical Ventilation In all the works he was very precise; always available and friendly with other contractors (window and door installer, electrician, plumber, ..) and client, he facilitated the success of all the work related to him. From a working point of view he was impeccable, always frank and honest and very precise in the realization of the smallest details; as a person he is even better: friendly, cheerful and likeable, he cheers during the sometimes stressful period of a construction site. Last but not least, even after the end of the works (and payment of invoices), when asked for an unexpected finishing to be done, he proved to be extremely available and very fast in carrying out it; moreover he was probably one of the few in the yard who always left everything clean and tidy. If you have to choose a plasterer who works very well, even (especially) for jobs with difficult details and quality aesthetic finishes, I recommend it!

Filippo è sempre stato disponibile per dare consigli e chiarire i nostri dubbi, la gestione e la pulizia del cantiere sono state impeccabili e la qualità del lavoro estrema. Non da ultimo, avere in casa Filippo e i suoi collaboratori è stato piacevole e ci ha permesso di vivere bene il periodo inevitabilmente un po’ stressante del cantiere. Nel nostro caso ha eseguito il soffitto in cartongesso in mansarda, con grande pazienza vista la presenza di travi antiche e storte (sembrava completamente un altro locale dopo il suo intervento), la copertura dei cassonetti delle tapparelle, la copertura di una canna fumaria, l’installazione delle cornici per i led e il “raddrizzamento” di una soletta storta. Il tutto è stato eseguito con molta attenzione e lasciando ogni cosa pulita a fine lavori. Filippo sa anche dare ottimi consigli e non solo quelli strettamente inerenti al suo settore, perché ha un’ottima visione d’insieme. È molto chiaro nelle spiegazioni, onesto e una persona con cui ci si relazione molto volentieri. Come avrete capito la nostra esperienza è stata veramente positiva e ci sentiamo di raccomandarlo sinceramente a chiunque avesse bisogno di un ottimo professionista.
