In tutte le rivendite Rolex (e ne conosco moltissime) non ho mai visto un comportamento così poco adeguato per un marchio così prestigioso. Capisco le liste d'attesa e pure volerlo vendere a clienti fidelizzati, ma in tal caso sarebve buona creanza non esporre pezzi che non sono in vendita senza un'adeguata indicazione (cosa raccomandata anche dalla casa madre). Visto che è successo più di una volta dubito fortemente si sia trattato di una coincidenza. They should avoid displaying Rolex in a showcase, which they then say are not for sale. Contattati al telefono in quanto mi interessava un modello Omega che loro avevano in pronta consegna. Così in accordo decidiamo che oggi sarei andato a ritirarlo,partendo da Roma Ottima location in pieno centro a L'aquila. Ho avuto modo di approcciarmi per lo più con il signor Michele il quale con molta gentilezza e professionalità mi ha illustrato l'orologio messo via. Che dire ho avuto la sensazione di essere trattato come un cliente abituale quando invece era la prima volta che mi vedevano. Ce ne fossero così seri e professionali andando incontro alle esigenze del cliente.
