Se cercate professinalita' evitate questo concessionario I ordered a Caddy they have wrong color in the offer, they have wrong insurance contract, The seller talks a lot about me is not sincere. Quindi diciamo un cliente abbastanza facile. Purtroppo, al di là del fatto che mi hanno fatto provare senza disturbo il veicolo che volevo comprare, non mi sono trovato bene. In primis mi è stata fatta una valutazione dell'usato, guardando autoscout davanti a me..., sopravvalutata di 3 mila euro rispetto poi al valore effettivo del mio usato. Successivamente ho avuto difficoltà ad avere un preventivo su un modello che non fosse quello su cui spingeva il venditore. Ho dovuto richiamare più volte per sollecitare il preventivo sentendomi dire che non ero l'unico cliente. In conclusione ho trovato una persona non sufficientemente preparata e non attenta alle esigenze di un cliente. Mi stupisco che Volkswagen non presti attenzione alla formazione e selezione dei propri dipendenti. Alla fine, come già deciso, ho acquistato il mio veicolo da un concorrente. I had to call several times to request the quote, being told that I was not the only customer. In conclusion I found a person not sufficiently prepared and not attentive to the needs of a customer. I am amazed that Volkswagen does not pay attention to the training and selection of its employees. In the end, as already decided, I purchased my vehicle from a competitor.
