Arrogante! ***** risposta ** 1) ad un cliente se fa qualche domanda, non gli si deve “consigliare” di prendere un km zero 2) non mi pronuncio nemmeno sulla sua dissertazione sulla “conformità” ( che si chiama “garanzia legale di conformità”) e sul fatto che copra solo in minima parte eventuali problemi… certo invece con la vostra garanzia a pagamento la musica cambia… 3) evito anche commenti sul fatto di portate il mezzo a fare le revisioni da voi per “passare sicuro” 4) io ho provato la macchina e ho riscontrato il difetto. Lei, senza dire nulla, ha fatto un giro ed è tornato tronfio dicendo:”non ha nulla… io non so come guida lei..” lasciando intendere che sia io il problema… ma ok. Allora le ho chiesto di venire a fare la prova con me, al che mi ha risposto:”l’ho già provata e non ha nulla”… coda di paglia?!? 5) … si sarebbe rifiutato lei?!? E quando?!? Quando ero già andato via incazzato per l’arroganza, mostrandole le terga?!? Ah ok!! PS le dico anche che lei non può rifiutarsi di vendere… se fa un’offerta al pubblico e io le do ció che chiede, non può rifiutarsi di concludere l’affare! Bad experience in the presale ... the sale has not even arrived there (and I think it's a good thing)! PS I also tell you that you cannot refuse to sell ... if you make an offer to the public and I give you what you ask, you cannot refuse to close the deal!

Ho avuto un guasto alla centralina elettrica e all'impianto del gas, contattati mi hanno dato la loro disponibilità e sistemato il guasto....personalmente lo consiglio. I bought in this dealership, very helpful and reliable. I had a breakdown in the electrical control unit and the gas system, they contacted me and gave me their availability and fixed the fault .... I personally recommend it.

Sono stati molto disponibili, cortesi e celeri. La trattativa non si è conclusa ma non posso che segnalare la professionalità e consigliarli I phoned, they didn't answer, and was contacted shortly after.
