★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avere Rampinini come l'azienda di trasporto è stata la scelta peggiore della mia vita. Avevamo prenotato 2 pullman per il nostrro matrimonio. Il giorno prima ci hanno chimato dicendo che non potevano garantire il numero di posti per cui avevamo pattuito il pagamento. Il giorno del matrimonio uno dei pullman è arrivato al punto di incontro con 1 ora e mezza di ritardo. La celebrazione e la festa abbiamo dovuto spostare circa di 2 ore. Abbiamo fatto una figura pessima con i paranti ed ospiti. Durante quell'ora e mezza l'autista del pullman non rispondeva alle nostre chiamate. L'azienda ci aveva promesso di darci indietro 20% di nostri soldi, come se potesse essere una scusa, e non ci ha mai dato indietro, abbiamo scritto diverse mail non ci rispondono assolutamente. Ci hanno rovinato il matrimonio.
Having Rampinini as the transport company was the worst choice of my life. We had booked 2 buses for our own wedding. The day before they called us saying that they could not guarantee the number of places for which we had agreed to pay. On the day of the wedding one of the coaches arrived at the meeting point with 1 hour and a half delay. The celebration and party we had to move about 2 hours. We made a very bad figure with the relatives and guests. During that hour and a half the bus driver did not answer our calls. The company had promised to give us 20% of our money back, as if it could be an excuse, and it never gave us back, we wrote several e-mails and they don't answer us at all. They ruined our marriage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza per l'autista molto maleducato e burbero. Impaziente in qualsiasi situazione. Con reazioni spropositate sempre. Spero per la ditta che si sia trattato di un' eccezione perché l'autista è il vostro biglietto da visita. E il biglietto capitato a noi ( torneo a Siena genitori e figli per il ponte di Pasqua ) è stato pessimo.
Se potessi non metterei nemmeno una stella ( e non mi si risponda che l'utenza è stata maleducata perche nessuno lo è mai stato nei tre giorni passati inesieme a questo pessimo personaggio ).
Very bad experience for the very rude and surly driver. Impatient in any situation. With disproportionate reactions always. I hope for the company that this was an exception because the driver is your business card. And the ticket that happened to us (tournament in Siena parents and children for the Easter bridge) was bad.
If I could I would not even put a star (and I do not reply that the user has been rude because no one has ever been in the past three days together with this bad character).
