Soltanto una volta ho avuto un problema perché ho comprato un giornale rovinato che mi è stato prontamente cambiato dopo due minuti che me ne sono accorto.
Sono tutti molto gentile ed hanno sempre la precedenza agli alunni che devono prendere i biglietti per il pullman la mattina, secondo me cosa molto giusta.

Only once did I have a problem because I bought a damaged newspaper which was promptly changed after two minutes of noticing it.
They are all very kind and always have priority over the pupils who have to take the tickets for the bus in the morning, which I think is very right.
