★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin mit der Bank sehr zufrieden und kann mit meinem Jugendsparbuch mit 1,5%p.a. Verzinsung nur von guten Erfahrungen mit der Bank sprechen. Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit.
UPDATE 2020/21: Man muss oft und gerne in die Filiale kommen, auch wenn man nur ein einfaches Sparbuch hat. So beispielsweise bei der Vertragsänderung mit der Volljährigkeit, was ja verständlich ist, doch leider musste man dort auch 2x hin, auch noch unter diesen Bedingungen vertretbar. Anschließend musste 2021 das Sparbuch getauscht werden, da die Drucker gewechselt wurden. Für jemanden, der nicht gerade im näheren Umkreis ansässig ist und nicht das Hauptkonto dort hat, wäre es oft angenehm, bestimmte Dinge wie eine Vertragsänderung auch online durchführen zu können. Ansonsten bin ich mit dem Service und der Dienstleistung meiner Erfahrungen nach zufrieden.

UPDATE 2020/21: You have to come to the branch often and happily, even if you only have a simple savings account. For example, when changing the contract with the age of majority, which is understandable, but unfortunately you had to go there twice, even under these conditions. Then the savings account had to be exchanged in 2021 because the printers were changed. For someone who is not based in the immediate vicinity and does not have the main account there, it would often be pleasant to be able to do certain things such as a contract change online. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service and the service in my experience.
