Abbiamo comprato uno speck per aprirlo per Natale ma non c è arrivato....pensavo fosse ancora da stagionare ma già a metà settembre era perfettamente pronto al consumo....le spezie che usano esaltano il sapore delle speck in un connubio ben fatto... Ottimo.....nulla a che vedere a quello di tipo industriale....bravissimi super consigliato!!!!!!
