Accordata la restituzione ma con le spese a mio carico, nonostante l'errore fosse addebitabile a loro. Costretto a tenerlo, giacché le spese di spedizione sarebbero ammontate alla metà del costo del prodotto. Assoluta mancanza di serietà professionale, "SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE" per evitare ad altri eventuali inganni e spiacevoli sorprese.
I ordered an article, I received one of the same kind but completely different, in terms of dimensions and weight. Without my having been warned. The refund was agreed but with the costs at my expense, although the error was attributable to them. Forced to keep it, since the shipping costs would have amounted to half the cost of the product. Absolute lack of professional seriousness, "I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND" to avoid any deceptions and unpleasant surprises for others.

Würde mir eine Sache bezugnehmend auf Kundenservice noch mehr wünschen. Habe eine Motorsäge abgegeben um die Feststellschraube des Kettenspanners auszutauschen. Es wurde nach einer knappen Woche alles gemacht, tiptop! Jedoch wurden auch zwei weitere Teile getauscht, was nicht unbedingt sein musste- ohne nachzufragen.
Es handelt sich bestimmp um ein kleines Missverständnis.
Komme wieder. Der Sevice war top.
The service is good, the staff is friendly and competent.
I would wish one more thing in terms of customer service. I handed in a chainsaw to replace the locking screw of the chain tensioner. Everything was done after less than a week, great! However, two other parts were also exchanged, which did not necessarily have to be - without asking.
It is definitely a small misunderstanding.
Come back. The service was great.
