Confermo anch'io che non rispondono allo sportello telefonico negli orari indicati proprio da loro e non rispondono nemmeno alle mail. È una vergogna!! Perché non denunciare a chi di dovere che questo ufficio non offre alcun servizio? I'd put zero stars if I could. Ho mandato e mail niente. Sono andata personalmente ma non mi hanno! Ricevuto sulla porta ho trovato un numero relazioni con il pubblico mi ha risposto dicendo di mandare una mail. Io ho BISOGNO di parlare con qualcuno, ho un problema da risolvere non mi fa piacere "disturbare" nessuno! Ci sono i contatti sul sito e allora perché non rispondete? Con chi dovrei parlare? Chi mi deve rispondere alle email? Qualcuno mi sa dire qualcosa? A chi si deve denunciare questo disservizio? Non è giusto che durante gli orari di ricevimento telefonico non si svolga il proprio lavoro perché è un comportamento abituale e scorretto! Il telefono squilla a vuoto e dopo, nonostante rifaccia subito il numero in automatico, la linea improvvisamente è occupata! Dopo libera e poi di nuovo occupata! Allora qualcuno c'è!
