t	teacher natalia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo ristorante affacciato sulle mura di Prato, ambiente sobrio, personale giovane, gentile e preparato. Ci ho cenato molte volte da quando ha aperto, provando il primo menù invernale, poi quello estivo nello spazio esterno comodo e suggestivo e la scorsa settimana il nuovo e gustoso menù invernale. Ogni volta ho potuto apprezzare molte delle pietanze proposte che si basano sempre su ingredienti di stagione. Il menù é sufficientemente vario, anche se non infinito e questo a parer mio denota una sapiente scelta dei gestori che tendono a dare una specificità ed una personalità al locale. Gli antipasti sono "sfiziosi", i primi con pasta fresca, i secondi di carne o pesce, ottimamente cucinati e presentati, hamburger succulenti (la cucina a vista permette di vedere che tutto viene preparato al momento). Consiglio un giro di sfiziosità (che già fanno cena) e di assaggiare i tortelli Ragiona e la tagliata di pollo... rimarrete stupiti. Anche i dolci sono davvero buoni. Fatevi consigliare per il vino da abbinare ai vostri piatti e godetevi un'esperienza culinaria piacevolissima. Poi rimarrete soddisfatti anche dal conto: prezzi più che onesti che consentono di tornarci più e più volte senza sorprese. Excellent restaurant overlooking the walls of Prato, sober environment, young, kind and prepared staff. I have dined there many times since it opened, trying the first winter menu, then the summer one in the comfortable and suggestive outdoor space and last week the new and tasty winter menu. Each time I have been able to appreciate many of the dishes that are always based on seasonal ingredients. The menu is sufficiently varied, although not infinite and in my opinion this denotes a wise choice of managers who tend to give a specificity and personality to the place. The appetizers are "delicious", the first with fresh pasta, the second with meat or fish, excellently cooked and presented, succulent burgers (the open kitchen allows you to see that everything is freshly prepared). I recommend a round of delicacies (which are already making dinner) and to taste the Ragiona tortelli and the chicken cut ... you will be amazed. Desserts are also really good. Get advice on the wine to pair with your dishes and enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Then you will also be satisfied with the bill: more than fair prices that allow you to come back over and over again without surprises.

Abbiamo presto un antipasto a testa come dei crostoni e del coniglio. Poi un piatto a testa tra primo e secondo. Io ho presto la Tartare, molto buona. Tutti i piatti molto buoni e ben presentati. Concluso con 4 dolci e caffè. Presa un ottima bottiglia di vino, c'è una ampia scelta. Si sono spesi 25 euro a testa, cifra onesta per come si è mangiato. We had dinner with friends with reason. Nice place, run by nice and nice guys. We ate very well. Menu consists of various special dishes. We soon have an appetizer each like croutons and rabbit. Then a plate each between first and second. I soon have Tartare, very good. All dishes very good and well presented. Concluded with 4 sweets and coffee. Having an excellent bottle of wine, there is a wide choice. We spent 25 euros each, an honest figure for how we ate.

All'ingresso si viene sempre accolti dal personale molto gentile e sorridente. Al pranzo di Natale siamo stati seguiti da Andrea per tutta la nostra permanenza, che ci ha coccolato e servito in maniera impeccabile. Il menù proposto è come sempre un insieme di tradizione e innovazione che rende i piatti interessanti e soddisfacenti da vedere e da gustare. Assolutamente da provare! Describing the Reason in a few words is very difficult! The place is very welcoming and well decorated. At the entrance you are always greeted by the very kind and smiling staff. At the Christmas lunch we were followed by Andrea throughout our stay, who pampered us and served us impeccably. The proposed menu is, as always, a combination of tradition and innovation that makes the dishes interesting and satisfying to see and taste. A must try!

Se siete a Prato è tappa obbligatoria. Young restaurant with young but super-trained staff. Location of fear and tradition renewed in the dishes. Great wine selection. If you are in Prato it is a must.
