Sono molto soddisfatta e tornerò sicuramente! Sono stata accolta ed assistita nell’acquisto dalla Signorina Ilaria una persona molto professionale e preparata che con estrema gentilezza e sensibilità’ ha saputo consigliarmi nel modo migliore. Vedo degli orecchini in vetrina con prezzo esposto e decido di entrare per acquistarli per un regalo . Faccio delle foto da inviare a parenti per consiglio e decidiamo di prenderli. Pago con carta ed esco . A casa mi rendo conto che il prezzo è NOTEVOLMENTE superiore a quello esposto. Il giorno seguente mi reco al negozio con relativo scontrino e foto spiegando il tutto ma ... mi rimandano a casa in quanto la commessa che mi aveva servito non era di turno. Mi dicono di ritornate il giorno seguente. Come da loro richiesta mi reco in negozio il giorno successivo (sempre facendo almeno 30 minuti di fila) e mi sento dire in ordine : 1) la colpa è mia perché non ho controllato la transazione 2) sarei dovuta tornare il giorno stesso 3) il prezzo non era quello esposto in vetrina Che dire .... LADRI e per nulla PROFESSIONALI Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED Unprofessional ... not even a star but you can't !!!! Ho aspettato un po’ prima di essere servita dalla signora. Migliorare la puntualità. Although all the shops in the mall opened at 10 am, the jewelry store opened at past 10 am and 3 pm. I waited a while before being served by the lady. Improve punctuality.
