 Favorite shop from my teenage son. All the news of sportswear for young people. What is not available in the shop make it delivered directly to your home at no additional cost and in a couple of days. Competent and helpful staff

La scorsa settimana ho comprato un giubbino per un regalo e mi hanno detto che se volevo usufruire dello sconto del 10% avrei dovuto iscrivermi sul sito, l'ho fatto ed ho ottenuto lo sconto, ma, oggi ho dovuto cambiare il giubbino per una taglia più grande, ma non avevano la taglia che mi serviva, così ho deciso di prendere un altro giubbino con lo stesso prezzo pieno del precedente, ma... Indovinate? Mi hanno fatto pagare lo sconto della volta scorsa! Incredibile non mi era mai successo prima! Non ci tornerò mai più! Mi raccomando non ci cascate anche voi....
A nice rip off .... Last week I bought a jacket as a gift and they told me that if I wanted to take advantage of the 10% discount I would have to register on the site, I did it and I got the discount, but, today I have I had to change the jacket for a bigger size, but they didn't have the size I needed, so I decided to get another jacket with the same full price as the previous one, but ... Guess what? They charged me the discount last time! Incredible it had never happened to me before! I will never go back! I recommend you don't fall for it too ....

Il personale in sala cordiale, ma poca rispetto il numero di clienti. Dopo il Natale fra chi voleva comprare e chi cambiare il regalo, c'era parecchia gente.
Abbiamo fatto una fila lunghissima alla cassa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima ed ho letto che non sono il primo ad esserci passato.
Acquistato un paio di scarpe per mio figlio, mi fanno scaricare l'applicazione per avere uno sconto del 10% sul primo acquisto.
Dopo natale ritorno per effettuare il cambio con lo stesso modello (quindi lo stesso prezzo) ma ho preso un colore diverso. Vado in cassa e mi dicono che devo dare la differenza(lo sconto che hanno applicato all'acquisto circa 10€) perchè è stato un cambio.
Ma io dico...come si fa? poi si lamentano che la gente acquista su internet. Non metterò più piede in questo negozio.
P.S. Anche la cassiera era un pò imbarazzata, ma la ragazza che gli ha detto di farsi dare la differenza non si è nemmeno sprecata di parlare con me e spiegarmi.
Bad experience and I have read that I am not the first to be there.
Purchased a pair of shoes for my son, they let me download the application to get a 10% discount on the first purchase.
After Christmas, I return to exchange with the same model (therefore the same price) but I took a different color. I go to the cashier and they tell me that I have to give the difference (the discount they applied to the purchase about € 10) because it was an exchange.
But I say ... how do you do it? then they complain that people buy on the internet. I will never set foot in this shop again.
P.S. The cashier was a little embarrassed too, but the girl who told him to get the difference didn't even bother talking to me and explaining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima!!! Dopo aver provato le scarpe sono state scambiate alla cassa con quelle d’esposizione. Hanno vendute quelle misurate e scelte da me ad un altro cliente. Mai più !
Bad experience !!! After trying on the shoes, they were exchanged at the cashier with those on display. They sold the ones measured and chosen by me to another customer. Never again !
