N	Noemi Franchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circa un mese fa ho fatto l’ecografia pelvica presso la struttura e in fase di pagamento ho specificato più volte che avevo bisogno di un attestato che certificasse la loro convenzione con il Servizio Sanitario Nazionale. La receptionist mi ha detto che non c’erano problemi. Faccio l’ecografia, torno a casa e mi accorgo che non c’era nessun certificato. Chiamo la struttura e dopo le ripetute volte che sono stata messa in attesa e poi richiusa, sono riuscita a parlare con un’operatrice che mi ha riferito di passare il lunedì seguente a prendere il certificato. Il lunedì mattina sono stata chiamata e mi hanno detto che il certificato non potevano darlo e che nessuno mi aveva detto che rilasciavano il certificato. Nel pomeriggio stesso, dopo essermi presa un permesso da lavoro sono dovuta passare in struttura e dopo un’ora di attesa mi hanno rilasciato questo certificato. Penso che in una struttura come questa debba esserci un personale competente, quello che purtroppo non c’è. About a month ago I had a pelvic ultrasound at the facility and during the payment process I specified several times that I needed a certificate certifying their agreement with the National Health Service. The receptionist told me there were no problems. I do the ultrasound, go home and realize that there was no certificate. I call the facility and after the repeated times that I have been put on hold and then closed again, I was able to speak to an operator who told me to come by the following Monday to get the certificate. On Monday morning I was called and they told me that the certificate could not be given and that no one told me they were issuing the certificate. That same afternoon, after taking a work permit, I had to go to the facility and after an hour of waiting they issued me this certificate. I think that in a structure like this there must be competent staff, which unfortunately there is not.

Struttura comoda da raggiungere. Personale all'accettazione molto preparato, disponibile nel fornire assistenza soprattutto per chi come me proveniva da fuori provincia e aveva necessità di flessibilità oraria per effettuare l'esame. Molto soddisfatto. Bella struttura. Continuate cosi. I had an urgent need to carry out a diagnostic examination and in this facility I found prompt availability and impeccable professionalism. Convenient structure to reach. Very trained reception staff, available to provide assistance especially for those like me who came from outside the province and needed time flexibility to carry out the exam. Very satisfied. Beautiful facility. Keep it up.
D	Debora caliendo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a questa struttura legata ad un'esigenza di rapida' della refertazione dell' esame, preciso che ho usufrito del servizio non convenzionato pagando €152 per una risonanza magnetica ad una spalla, ho avuto modo di ascoltare il mal contento del dottore nel dover visionare e refertare l esame nell'immediato. Ci tengo a precisare di averlo incontrato nei corridoi per questione personali non inerenti al suo lavoro. Alla fine dopo circa 30 minuti di attesa l esame refertato è arrivato. Le ragazze ed il tecnico assolutamente competenti. Non tornerò in questo posto. I want to clarify that I met him in the corridors for personal matters not related to his work. At the end, after about 30 minutes of waiting, the reported exam arrived. The girls and the technician are absolutely competent. I will not return to this place.
