★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Product! We have been using Liofilchem's lockable contact plates for our internal microbial surface testing for a few months now. The plates are well made and of high quality. They are nicely packaged, with each stack of 10 dishes wrapped in 3 layers of sealed protective bags. The quality of the media is excellent. While the media in contact plates from our previous suppliers have occasionally fallen off the base or shown contamination at the time we were ready to use them, that has never happened with Liofilchem’s contact plates. Once the samples are collected the plates can be easily locked using just one hand, as advertised, and the locking click is well audible. The plates stay securely locked, so there is no worries about the samples becoming contaminated at all. If needed, the plates can be unlocked by squeezing (pinching) the base, which releases the lid. They do not take much space while stored either.
It is a pleasure for us to use and highly recommend this product.
