La cosa spregevole che ha dato fastidio è che non aiutano nemmeno le persone che hanno bisogno(anziani,invalidi) che vergogna!!!!!!! Structure made up of unavailable and arrogant staff .. Si ha a che fare con pazienti e familiari di pazienti oncologici. Quindi magari moderare un po' i toni con chi vuole stare vicino ai pazienti, senza cacciarli in malomodo. L'educazione prima di tutto, fa di un centro un centro di eccellenza, quindi magari sensibilizzate un po' il personale. Ah la temperatura esterma era di 4 gradi senza accendere un riscaldamento. Un modulo, in fotocopia, che si può benissimo mettere sul sito e compilarlo con calma e precisione già a casa, veniva preso e ricontrollato dalla infermiera addetta. Poi l'annuncio: non ci sono i molecolari. Sono finiti e, pertanto, la metà delle venti persone in attesa da due ore e mezza sono ritornate a casa. Parlano di inefficienza burocratica, amministrativa, ma stanno all'anno "Zero" dove il paziente, il cliente subisce senza spiegazioni. Hallucinating.
